Transaction Coins Solution there are several steps as follows :

1. Borrower & Investor

The borrower completes the application form via our Decentralised Application (DAPP), supplying additional information to ensure compliance with our KYC & AML policy.

The DAPP connects securely to the Deal Lending Solution Database (DSD), where the information supplied is processed and triggers a number of tasks awaiting verification.

Initially these requests will look to complete the following tasks;

Asset verification and tokenization

ensuring that the assets are valid and valued against the potential loan through our asset tokenization partners.

Application/Contract underwriting

Smart insurance ensuring that application and contract are protected.

Identity Verification

Confirmation of the KYC information supplied by the borrower.

The DAPP has the capability to work with any number of partners both via blockchain or traditional API connection.

Once all tasks are returned verified, the borrower is notified and their application is listed within the DSD and displayed via our DAPP for ease of use for the potential investors.

Users who intend to lend on the platform must initially complete the KYC information to participate within the DSD Ecosystem, once the information is confirmed as a verified task, the lenders have the ability to view and communicate with borrowers via the DSD. Platform users connecting seamlessly with borrowers globally, are able to discuss rate or terms acceptable to both parties.

2. Funding loan

Once the borrowers funding target is reached via a single or multiple lenders and terms are accepted, all information is collated and held within the DSD.

The Lender purchases The Deal Coin either initially from the Token Sale or later through any number of exchanges to use on the DSD platform and to initiate The Deal Coin Solution.

The Deal Coin Solution can combine a smart legal contract and smart insurance contract to offer a protected agreement, secured within the DSD and The Deal Coin blockchain protocols and protected by our blockchain cybersecurity shield.

The Deal Coins are then approved for release and converted to the loan recipient’s local currency of preference, the fiat value of the loan is recorded in The Deal Coin contract.

3. Administration & Repayment

The DSD then acts as the administrator of the loan, ensuring all terms of agreement, loans and interest are satisfied, having the ability to invoke any of the features included within The Deal Coin contracts, such as the smart insurance, arbitration process or debt collection provisions if the conditions of the agreement are not met.

The borrower, having reached the end of their agreement, must repay the original fiat value of the loan using The Deal Coin, this value is confirmed from the records stored within The Deal Coin contract at the commencement of the agreement.

The Deal Coins are then transferred through the DSD and combined with the original contract, the DSD adds an amendment, confirming the terms of the contract have been fulfilled before The Deal Coins are released to the lender or they can elect to leave the coins on the platform and redeploy with another opportunity.
