The biggest challenge for mobile operators is to provide good customer service. Cellular companies must actually link the organizational structure and bring together the ability to solve the problem. "Despite the recent rush of operators increasing human resource and infrastructure investment, customer service remains a challenge for mobile operators
But there are some disadvantages of existing service provider as below:
#. Customers lose the opportunity to create flexible pricing plans tailored to their needs
#. Operators do not let customers use their funds in customer accounts as their own wallets pay for goods and services
#. Failing to integrate financial activities into their work, operators lose the opportunity to earn additional profits. This prevents the average customer from using their money resources stored on their account customers as a tool for additional opportunities (money transfer, deposit, credit, overdraft, installment plan)
#. Operators do not use the opportunities for mutually beneficial partner cooperation with different business networks (retail, insurance, tourist, logistics, hotels)
#. Operators are limited to their geographic location when they provide their services
#. Lack of possibility to pay for service in cryptocurrency
The MoBee project offers a cryptocommunity of MBE tokens that are actually supported by cellular services and is based on rapid capitalization due to increased customer base and demand for mobile service in general. Our goal is to create a virtual mobile operator.

MOBEE ECOSYSTEM

Unlike other mobile virtual operators whose service is based on reselling traffic we found revolutionary solution appropriate to all telecom market counterparts.
MoBee ecosystem is based on three main components: MoBee virtual operator, NetWorx platform and DiStream moneybox application. Their interaction is built on unique model.
Mobile providers engage experts to operate and maintain infrastructure and reckon by traffic.
Traffic is redirected to MoBee subscribers and paid off by MBE tokens using DiStream moneybox application.

NETWORK PLATFORM

Allows MoBee virtual operator to get voice and data traffic in order to redistribute to own subscribers
NetWorx platform will join huge outsourcing market in telecommunications industry – experts in mobile networks operation and maintenance (the volume is estimated at more than USD 65 bn). Services will be paid only by traffic which will be deliveredto MoBee subscribers using MBE tokens.

DISTREAM MONEYBOX

Gives opportunity to MoBee subscribers to pay mobile services by means of MBE tokens and big possibilities to manage funds on their accounts.
DiStream moneybox application usage will allow to operate easily funds on MoBee account in numerous ways – buying goods, getting cashback, making transfers – using MBE token.

MBE token is internal mean of payment in MoBee ecosystem and designed to execute all transaction types what makes it key element of project economy

According to our estimates, 150–200 mobile operations worldwide may be interested in the MoBee ecosystem services. They account for some 25–30 % of the potential market and may generate an equivalent fiat volume of USD 9 bn annually.
